Wound of Briccius I've been listening to this album for quite some time on YouTube now, and I knew the time had come that I owned it for myself. Compendium Reliquiae by DIM is just an amazing, beautiful album. I genuinely cannot describe it in any way that does it justice. It is like you are exploring old ruins, contemplating the finite mortal coils, and what came before you. It is ambient, relaxing, and contemplative. Please give this album a listen. Favorite track: No Great Noise in the Tomb.

Victricius For some reason, after the first time listening to the track "Unto the Great Well" every once and awhile, perhaps every couple of weeks, I have dreams where this track is the background music despite the fact that I had only heard the track once. Once I remembered where I had heard it I decided to download the album. Favorite track: Unto the Great Well.

super_dude100 This track is my favorite out of all of them. All of the tracks are nice. I just like the Unto the Great Well the most. Favorite track: Unto the Great Well.

about

As I, once more, drew my gaze up to the inordinate creatures of the sky who had since midday, circumnavigated my whereabouts, I knew that vibrant azure and wind among flora would not admit me so kindly as it had if I lingered into night. Though that noise of chant proceeded with indelible grace and still through fog as it had since my foray into discovering the origin of the sound, I conceded from my curious nature and began to search the rim of bark surrounding me for temporary respite. Seeing an opening, I ventured in. Much more I can not write of, for the sight of that stony gate accosted me with visions of the fated past. Nameless noise, a shaded boulder near the Holy Crag, tired mountains, an infinitely deep well, a strange aged man telling...

about

DIM Nova Scotia

For an era, being steeped in the sonic palettes of Basil Poledouris, Biosphere and Maurice Duruflé, DIM was forged in a bathing, incongruous light. DIM's music began garnering a devoted following within the dungeon synth community with his album, "Compendium I". Ten more would follow, including works written as Satchel Bearer, Atrium of Time and more as a composer for video games. ... more
